Just a few more things...

I forgot to mention my starting weight. I normally wouldn't do this but since I am so dedicated I'll let the world know ;) Starting weight is 155lb. I'm 5'7, so that's not terrible, but my goal weight is 137. I just got back from buying my healthy foods and discovered that there really is a good variety of healthy food. You can also make things that you love that aren't so healthy...healthy. I'm going to do a smoothie every morning. I found one that is delicious. It's called Naked. It's all natural, no sugar added, and only 130 calories per 8 oz glass. I got the strawberry banana, which is amazing! I have a few weaknesses...one is pasta. I LOVE pasta! So instead of white, I went with whole wheat. I'll eat a smaller portion and still get the pasta taste that I love. Also, let me clarify one thing. If you see me out on the weekend... Let's just say El Camino, and Im eating a chicken chimichanga, don't judge me ;) I will not give up certain pleasures in life, as I mentioned earlier. I'm just subtracting calories, decreasing proportions, adding water, and exercising! Join me on my journey....
